Overview The Merchandising Admin supports the execution and efficiency of merchandising initiatives by managing day-today operations, communications, and data tracking for the department. This role is responsible for coordinating promotional campaigns, processing orders and claims, and maintaining accurate records of merchandising activities. They also oversee the organization and tracking of product samples, ensure timely invoicing and account reconciliation with supplier partners.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical support for all merchandising campaigns.
  • Assist the Promotional Inventory Specialist with quarterly promotional orders and resolve related issues.
  • Support the Promotional Products Coordinator in processing quarterly buying group (AD) claims.
  • Invoice supplier partners for merchandising activities and monitor, review, and communicate open balances on supplier customer accounts.
  • Distribute incoming emails in the merchandising Outlook inbox to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage department samples for image and specification verification using Monday.com.
  • Enter, track, and process all rolling changes in Monday.com for the merchandising team.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Merchandising team, including data entry, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day operational support as needed to ensure efficient department operations.
