Join our team and be part of our storied tradition. What We’re Looking For: Do you have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with data and systems? Do you have solid computer skills, including proficiency in Excel? Are you organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture? The Role: As the Merchandising Assistant, you’ll provide critical merchandising support through tasks including: Creating and maintaining key spreadsheets to track and support visual merchandising execution across locations, including tools such as Best and Bernhardt cheat sheets Tagging uploads, performing catalog imports, and creating purchase orders from floor order forms Assisting with inventory labels and scanning processes to maintain accurate tracking of merchandise Importing price changes and special-order pricing into VIA and Storis Running in-stock reports and generating Worth the Wait lists to track inventory availability and support proactive merchandising planning Updating sales information for stock reporting and distributing reports to leadership Running daily sold-off-the-floor reports and communicating status to the Merchandising Manager to support purchasing decisions Assisting with merchandising and organizing showroom displays, lifting and arranging furniture as needed to maintain a clean, visually appealing, and customer-ready sales floor.

  • Updating sales information for stock reporting and distributing reports to leadership
  • Running daily sold-off-the-floor reports and communicating status to the Merchandising Manager to support purchasing decisions
  • Assisting with merchandising and organizing showroom displays, lifting and arranging furniture as needed to maintain a clean, visually appealing, and customer-ready sales floor.
