The Merchandiser is responsible for merchandising assigned beverage locations at retail outlets that sell Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company products. This role involves building and maintaining product displays in compliance with company standards, ensuring appropriate product levels in beverage sections and cold drink equipment, and adhering to specific company guidelines regarding pricing structures. The merchandiser is expected to maintain a clean, neat appearance and professional conduct, wearing company-provided uniforms. Duties include daily travel between stores on an assigned route using a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement. The position also requires meeting customer service expectations, maintaining professional relationships with co-workers and customers, training new and existing Pull-Up employees, rotating products, transporting and maintaining point of sale advertising, reporting market conditions, handling damaged products, and completing all store paperwork. The role requires working an average of 40 hours per week.
