About The Position

As a BellStore Shift Leader, you work closely with both store management and our CSR team to ensure a smooth workflow, exceptional customer service and a committed team effort. You serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Consistently pass the drug and criminal background check.
  • Ability to work all afternoon shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Be a role model for exceptional customer service.
  • Create a positive work environment by treating all employees fairly and respectfully.
  • Work side-by-side with other employees.
  • Enforce and support company policies, procedures and programs.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of other employees.
  • Assist the store manager in the implementation and management of Programs, policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between management and team members.
  • Continue to follow the duties and responsibilities of the BellStore Customer Service Representative
