Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics or related field required. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A background in supply chain, merchandising, sales and operations is mandatory
  • Minimum of 4 years prior experience and preferably in the luxury industry
  • Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Intermediate/Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Advanced SAP
  • Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

  • French and Portuguese would be a definite plus.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandiser responsibility LAC boutiques, Watch POS and Fragrance (LOA coverage): o Responsible for proper and in-time replenishment of the Boutiques, Watch POS & Fragrance Accounts – as per the defined scope within the team o Responsible for processing orders, allocations, and confirmations for his/her territory o Coordinates consignments and transfers for Externals (when applicable) o Partners with the commercial team to anticipate the demand in the region. o Coordination of firm orders in collaboration with Demand Planning & Cartier Operations o Ensures proper merchandising via the Assortments defined and weekly replenishment o Implement the launch of Novelties according to the Maison strategy o Actively monitors the stock and sales to identify opportunities o First point of contact for clients (Boutiques, Specialist POS, Partners) as a key operational link in the supply chain and ensure excellent service.
  • SAP Key User role: · Gather the teams needs on SAP for all Supply Chain teams in the region (9 people) · Define a training program on SAP for those teams · Redact the onboarding manual for any new comer in a Sales & Ops/Merchandiser role or a Demand planning role in our markets and region · Help to identify 1 person with the potential to become a regional SAP Key user for the region
  • Processes continuous improvement: · Propose improvements to our SAP processes · Redact playbooks on the top 10 key processes of the Merchandising/Sales & Ops responsibilities
