The role involves monitoring team productivity, coaching as needed, organizing back stock, upholding merchandising and signage standards, and ensuring compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. The Merchandise Coordinator communicates effectively with management and Associates, provides feedback, partners on training needs, and ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies. They also support shrink reduction goals, promote safety, and participate in credit and loyalty programs.
