Each respective group is Iconic by Nature and Exceptional by Design Part-Time Merchandise Coordinator (25 Hours/Week) Location: Atlanta, GA(South side) Territory: Macy’s, Belk and Kohl’s stores in Kennesaw, Newnan, McDonough, Lithonia, Fayetteville area The Jewelry Group is looking for an energetic, detail-driven Merchandise Coordinator to represent some of the most recognized names in fashion jewelry across top retail partners. This is a dynamic, field-based role ideal for someone who loves retail, thrives on organization, and takes pride in creating visually compelling presentations that drive sales. You will be the face of our brands in-store, supporting collections including Anne Klein , Givenchy , DKNY , Marchesa , Ralph Lauren , Karl Lagerfeld , Lonna & Lilly , Napier , Nine West , You're Invited , and Simply Vera Vera Wang .
Requirements
- Strong communicator who is proactive and solutions-oriented
- 3+ years of retail and/or merchandising experience
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a field-based environment
- Team-focused mindset with a passion for driving results
Responsibilities
- Create impactful, trend-forward merchandise presentations by classification, lifestyle, and key stories
- Organize and maintain stock by color, style, and price to maximize shopability
- Execute promotional and markdown events accurately and on time
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with store associates and leadership
- Share product knowledge, trends, and selling insights to support store success
- Secure prime selling locations and additional display capacity through partnerships with your store teams
- Proactively communicate inventory needs, concerns, and opportunities to your Regional Manager
- Complete store recaps, timesheets, and expense reports accurately and on schedule
- Stay connected through consistent and professional email communication
