Requirements

Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years paralegal experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law.
Experience with construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, and construction law strongly preferred.
Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, and maintain construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
Maintain corporate records, including entity formations, qualifications, and annual reports.
Coordinate with outside counsel on active litigation matters.
Support internal investigations and incident reports.
Ensure compliance with licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Prepare and file mechanics liens, bond claims, and lien waivers
