Job Description: What you’ll be doing: Liaison and problem solver between Distribution Center (DC) Operations & Corporate Merchandising Departments Communicate information regarding product inflowing to the Distribution center to internal DC Merchandise Control Management and Corporate Home Office Management Associates Oversees the production of priority merchandise with specific store delivery timelines to ensure the right product, gets to the right location, at the right time in accordance with HO communication and deadlines Monitors and audits internal computer system (SCAN) to ensure product information is logged accurately Send samples and pictures of product to Home Office Corporate planning teams Manages the merchandise return to vender process Maintains all necessary files for the Merchandising Department. Special projects as assigned. Must be comfortable to work any shift schedules the DC operates The skills that will make YOU successful: 1 to 2 years of merchandising experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software with a focus on Word and Excel Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask Strong attention to detail Ability to be flexible and adjust to priority updates Apparel retail management experience is a major plus Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Merchandising or Business/Management or equivalent experience Shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm Eligible for a shift differential Associate discount; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); smoking cessation support; bereavement leave; 401(k) Associate contributions; credit union; cell phone discounts. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of merchandising experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software with a focus on Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust to priority updates
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Merchandising or Business/Management or equivalent experience
