About The Position

This role is key to driving retail commercial success. As an Allocator, you’ll manage store allocation and replenishment to optimise availability, control risk, and maximise full-price sales. Working closely with Planning, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain, you’ll translate financial and product strategies into effective store-level execution, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time while managing one of Gymshark’s most valuable assets—inventory

Requirements

  • Experience in allocation and/or replenishment within retail or omni-channel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and confident communication—written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Please note this is a hybrid role partially based in our New York City office (3 days per week). All candidates must be local or willing to relocate. You must also be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Allocation & Replenishment
  • Partner with Planning and Merchandising to execute initial store allocations and manage ongoing replenishment using sales performance, demand signals, store grading, and size curves.
  • Support new store openings, campaigns, peak trading, and inter-store transfers to optimise stock placement and reduce risk.
  • In-Season Management
  • Provide regular visibility on sales, stock, and availability, identifying trends and trade actions.
  • Collaborate on forecasts, adjust inventory flows, optimise size and style availability, and support markdown and promotional strategies.
  • Tools, Data & Process
  • Own allocation tools and reporting, ensure data accuracy, drive process improvements, and support the rollout of new allocation and planning systems.
