Our hybrid employees are required to be in-office on four days a week. The ideal Merchandise Analyst is analytical, demonstrates reliability, results-oriented and views the business through the lens of the customer. This role is a part of our merchandising buying and planning organization and plays an integral role in supporting customers. A day in the life… Develop an understanding of the needs, wants and expectations of the customer and understand the differences in how they shop by channel. Complete category, supplier, or class specific analysis for buying office. Complete buying office owned item attributes for item setup. Execute order writing, RTVs, reorders and take any other appropriate actions to help the business manage the complex needs of inventory, OTB, and pricing strategies. Communicate clearly and timely with suppliers and cross-functional partners. Manage and maintain drop ship feeds, inclusive of monitoring live dates, shifts, and supplier communication. Monitor on hand inventory levels for upcoming features and events and communicate any identified concerns.
