About The Position
This role assists in the growth of the HVAC and Plumbing service department across the Twin Cities. It partners closely with service operations to drive reoccurring revenue, retain customers, and develop new service accounts. This is a stable service-driven business with recurring revenue, strong service infrastructure and technical depth, offering a long-term growth path for the right seller.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial HVAC or MEP sales experience
- Competent understanding of Mechanical and Plumbing systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manager multiple quotes
- Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Create sales proposals for HVAC service, repair, and preventative maintenance agreements
- Assist in the day-to-day planning and operation of the service department
- Estimate repairs based on technician feedback
- Coordinate closely with service leadership to ensure delivery aligns with sales commitments
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner after repair quote is received
- Order and receive all parts and materials
- Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, and owners
