What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors As an MEP Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines from concept through completion. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and contractors to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that advance the communities we serve. In this role, you will strengthen client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to the continued growth of our Florida and Tennessee MEP practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • 8+ years of MEP engineering experience, with at least 3 years in project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-discipline design projects.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-discipline MEP projects from proposal through construction closeout.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
