The MEP Project Manager develops, coordinates, implements, and manages all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction. The PM provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members and the client to promote the interest of both Yates and the client in all matters. The PM is the primary leader for the construction project and is charged with utilizing their experience and knowledge to make expeditious decisions, model efficiency and run projects efficiently.
