About The Position

AECOM Tishman has an exciting opportunity for a Senior MEP Commissioning Superintendent for our Healthcare/Life Science division in New York City. Serves as top advisor on projects of large scope and complexity and is recognized as industry leader in the field. Provides marketing and business development support and may have considerable interaction with clients. This is primarily an advisory, not supervisory, position, but may have a small number of direct reports. Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction. Requirements

• BA/BS Mechanical Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience in MEP Commissioning or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership
• Extensive knowledge of MEP infrastructure construction
• MEP commissioning experience in critical and commercial facilities
• Construction experience in medical/healthcare or life science industries
• Construction scheduling experience in coordination of shutdown and commissioning activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
