About The Position

MEP Superintendent Port Washington, WI The Will Group is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead on-site execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and mission-critical construction projects, with a strong preference for data center experience. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, driving schedules, and ensuring high-quality installation and commissioning of complex MEP infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of field construction experience with at least 3–5 years in an MEP-focused leadership role
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution and mechanical systems
• Solid communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Experience on mission-critical projects preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading MEP field activities
• Supervising subcontractors and crews
• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Coordinating with project managers and engineers
• Overseeing electrical distribution and backup power systems
• Supporting QA/QC and startup activities
• Conducting inspections
• Maintaining daily progress reporting
