About The Position

The Mentor Coordinator at STATION NWA is responsible for creating exceptional experiences for founders, mentors, partners, and high-profile guests — while keeping the physical space and operational systems running smoothly behind the scenes. Reporting to the STATION NWA Executive Director, this role is part of a team executing events, building community, and supporting innovators across Northwest Arkansas. You’ll operate at the intersection of operations, relationship management, and hospitality, ensuring that the right people meet at the right time, and that the environment supports great work. This role is ideal for someone who loves being the connective tissue of an organization: coordinating details, anticipating needs, and making complex experiences feel effortless for everyone involved.

  • You have a reliable laptop computer & smartphone that you are comfortable using for work.
  • You plan to stay in Arkansas for at least two years.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-impact connections between startup founders, mentors, investors, customers, and partners.
  • Serve as the central coordinator for mentor engagement, including onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing participation.
  • Act as the point person for day-to-day operations, including any event space readiness, maintenance, supplies, vendor coordination, and issue escalation.
  • Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and operational systems that keep the team running smoothly.
  • Support event needs in collaboration with the broader team.
