We are seeking a PRN Mental Health Worker to join our Adult Behavioral Health program in Pine Grove, PA. Schedule: After training, staff will be able to create their own schedule by "picking up" any open shifts. Earn $18.25/hour Position Details Our Mental Health Workers support individuals with mental and behavioral health diagnoses by promoting safety, stability, and personal growth in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting. They assist with daily living activities, follow treatment plans, and help create a supportive, recovery-focused environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Active and unrestricted driver's license required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One year experience in mental health/human services preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and emotional support to residents in a structured, therapeutic environment
- Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
- Follow individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living space
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, quality care
