About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Worker to join our team in our Adult Behavioral Health residential team in Effort, PA. Schedule: 40 hours/week; 3rd shift, 11 pm-7 am, Tuesday-Saturday Earn $17.43/hour or $19.43/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay Position Details Our mental health workers provide direct care and support for consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses, and ensure the safety and welfare of all residents in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Active and unrestricted driver's license required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

Mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the daily living skills and independence of all residents.
Participate in the treatment planning process.
Schedule and follow-up on appointments.
Transport and accompany to appointments and activities as necessary.
