We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Worker to join our Adult Behavioral Health program in Pine Grove, PA. Schedule: Part-Time 7a-3pm - Sunday, Monday, Friday then Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday Opportunity to pick up additional shifts is available. Earn $16.25/hour Position Details Our Mental Health Workers support individuals with mental and behavioral health diagnoses by promoting safety, stability, and personal growth in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting. They assist with daily living activities, follow treatment plans, and help create a supportive, recovery-focused environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Active and unrestricted driver's license required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- One year experience in mental health/human services preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and emotional support to residents in a structured, therapeutic environment
- Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
- Follow individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living space
