As a Mental Health Worker, you’ll create a safe, trauma-informed environment where youth can grow, learn, and thrive. You’ll serve as a mentor and role model, guiding adolescents in developing positive coping skills, daily living habits, and healthy relationships. Your dedication and compassion will help youth facing emotional and behavioral challenges build a brighter future. What You’ll Do: Implement individualized treatment plans and provide feedback on progress. Maintain a safe, positive, and therapeutic setting at all times. Teach coping, social, and daily living skills through structured activities. Build strong connections with families, caseworkers, and community agencies. Facilitate recreational and psycho-educational groups that inspire growth. Complete treatment documentation accurately and on time. Compensation & Benefits: Starting salary range: $19.21–$21.62 per hour, based on education and relevant experience. This reflects steps 1–5 of an 11-step pay schedule.
