About The Position
Mental Health Therapist Position: Full-Time Location: Indianapolis, IN Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Our client is seeking a Mental Health Therapist licensed in Indiana to support a growing telehealth caseload. From Indianapolis or anywhere in the state, you’ll provide ongoing therapy under clinical supervision, using structured treatment plans and clear documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active Indiana license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Experience working in mental health treatment settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with a regular weekly schedule
- Complete assessments and create focused treatment goals
- Consult with a therapist supervisor about risk, diagnosis and care planning
- Ensure thorough, timely documentation in the EHR
- Join online meetings, supervision and clinical check-ins
- Follow Indiana practice guidelines and internal procedures
