About The Position
Mental Health Therapist Position: Full-Time Location: Honolulu, HI Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Our client is hiring a Hawaii-licensed Mental Health Therapist to join its telehealth team. From Honolulu or neighboring islands, you’ll meet clients online, follow structured treatment plans, and coordinate care with a clinical supervisor.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT or related field
- Active HI clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent)
- Experience in mental health therapy roles
- Reliable internet and comfort with telehealth technology
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth therapy sessions via secure video platforms
- Perform intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Consult with a supervising therapist on case questions and risk
- Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation
- Attend virtual supervision and team meetings
