Job Description

The Mental Health Counselor / Therapist of Family First Preservation & Reunification Services (FFPRS) will provide comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and clinical services in accordance with FFPRS programming, agency standards and Family First approved evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Social Work (or other related field)
• Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract guidelines
• Completing face-to-face intake
• Provide screening and assessment services
• Identifying treatment needs
• Provide ongoing treatment services to clients
• Formulate treatment recommendations
• Develop a comprehensive assessment-driven treatment plan
