About The Position

Mental Health Therapist - Professional Counselor - Licensed Social Worker This is a full-time, 4 days/32 hours per week position. Location: Split between two clinics - M/T in Taylorsville, UT 84123, W/Th in Sandy, UT 84092 Come do the best work of your career at evolvedMD. Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
• Collaboration Dedication – The desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure “Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing”
• Growth Mindset + Agility – The understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
• Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
• Positively contributes to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.

• Salary Range: $52,000 - $71,520 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
