You will be employed by Lyra Clinical Associates P.C. Lyra has an exciting opportunity that blends an average of 20 hours of in-person client care per week with the remaining time dedicated to facilitating employee training and clinical consultations related to mental health care. Daily: As an onsite therapist, youâll provide short-term, in-person, evidence-based treatment to clients. Youâll also assist with manager and clinical consultation requests and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes. Regularly: In collaboration with Lyra and the employer, youâll develop and deliver onsite training to employees. Youâll also participate in employer sponsored mental health initiatives and provide timely data reports to Lyra stakeholders. On an as-needed basis, youâll support critical incidents and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.
