Requirements

  • Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
  • Ability to work with at least one of the following: children, adolescents, couples, or families
  • Willingness to work at least one evening per week
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative care values

Nice To Haves

  • Currently credentialed with insurance panels and/or Wisconsin Medicaid/Medicare

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in consultations
  • Support a safe, ethical, and client-centered care environment
