Community Services Institute (CSI) is searching for Outpatient Mental Health Therapists to join our behavioral/mental health team in Boston and Springfield. Our clinicians provide client-centered therapy services to adults, adolescents, and children via telehealth or in-person modalities. Clinician’s must be familiar with trauma-informed treatments for families facing systemic barriers and mental/behavioral health challenges. Clinicians are tasked with completing paperwork in a timely manner (progress notes, assessments, treatment plans), and will be offered support as needed for the administrative aspects of community mental health. About us: CSI was one of the first outpatient community mental health clinics to offer home-based therapy to families facing barriers to mental health care. CSI’s community outreach model started after long-term psychiatric hospitals were shut down in the 60’s-70’s and replaced with outpatient mental health services. For nearly four decades CSI has remained dedicated to social justice and delivering therapy in accessible ways regardless of a person’s circumstance. CSI clinicians have the flexibility of a hybrid model seeing clients virtually, in-office, and in community settings.
