About The Position

Location : Garrison, North Dakota (Note: This is a newer program that recently opened up June 2025.) Setting : Intensive Outpatient Program Salary : Up to $80,000 dependent upon experience Sign on bonus eligible $5,000 Population : Older adults, ages 65+ Schedule : Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) PMC provides supervision to provisionally licensed therapist Responsibilities: Collaborate with a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population Use evidenced based therapeutic approaches and develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with your team Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within a designated time-frame Our main focus is utilizing group therapy but also include: Individual sessions Family therapy (as needed) Assist with local community education Other duties as assigned Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday No Weekends No On-Call 7 Paid Holidays Off Per Year PTO accrual Competitive Benefits: Practically Free Vision & Dental Practically Free Medical Starting As Low As $70/Month Matching 401k - vested on day one Furthering Education Assistance Unmatched Clinical Support: We have online resources at your fingertips 24/7, including a group curriculum toolkit. Requirements

  • License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state of ND; may include LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LAPC, LMFT. – required
