Mental Health Techs - Crisis Stabilization FT and PT (Beaver Dam, WI)
About The Position
Elevate is seeking Mental Health Technicians – Crisis Stabilization to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. We currently have a full-time 2nd shift and every other weekend and a part-time 1st shift with weekend hours available, providing community-based support to individuals working to establish and/or manage their mental health and/or substance use disorders. In this role, you will support individuals as they stabilize after a crisis or work toward maintaining independence in the community through supportive skill development and direct client care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in adult care, mental health, or substance use services encouraged
- Caring, compassionate, and person-centered approach
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to be covered under Elevate’s insurance to operate agency vehicles
