About The Position

AMFM Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator) to empower individuals on their journey to recovery. This role is an opportunity to be a leader for change, supporting individuals through challenging times. AMFM Healthcare was founded to prevent tragedies from untreated mental illness, offering a personal, deeply compassionate healing experience in adult residential programs. Located in beautiful residential homes, the dedicated clinical team provides 24/7 care in a boutique setting with 6-8 clients per home. Comprehensive clinical programming includes individual and group therapy, experiential therapies such as art, music, and equine therapy, and psychological evaluations. The approach focuses on understanding each client's life story and personal history to craft unique treatment plans addressing both symptoms and root causes. Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
  • Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
  • Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
  • Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
  • Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
  • Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
  • Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
  • Environment Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
  • Facilitating Group Activities – Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
  • Emergency Response – Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
