About The Position

AMFM Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator) to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives by supporting them on their journey to recovery. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 23 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)
  • Ability to work on a computer
  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to navigate stairs
  • Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
  • Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
  • Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
  • Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
  • Environment Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
  • Facilitating Group Activities – Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
  • Emergency Response – Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
