As the Assistant Program Manager is instrumental in helping to build the inclusive and collaborative culture of the residential program. In this role, the Assistant Program Manager would assist in managing employee performance of clear goals and expectations while tracking their progress to success with each of their clients. The Assistant Program Manager would be responsible for the facilitation of client case reviews with staff, management of the therapeutic community and facility, and maintaining their own caseload among other duties as designated. Requirements

  • Associates’ Degree in human services with three years’ paid experience in a human services related field, or a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in human services or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work.
  • OMH licensed programs: Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined by OMH Residential regulations
  • OASAS licensed programs: Advanced Counselor CASAC or other QHP as defined by OASAS Operating Regulations required.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred.
