About The Position

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services with a mission to transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable, and effective. The company is actively recruiting Advance Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater Leander market to provide psychiatric healthcare services. This includes initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy based on patient needs. Providers at Geode Health benefit from a balanced lifestyle with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, and after-hours urgent support. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, typically three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth, with the possibility of a four-day work week. New providers may spend more in-person time initially to build their patient caseload. Geode Health emphasizes evidence-based care and a measurement-based approach to track outcomes and inform treatment plans, aiming for best-in-class psychiatric/therapeutic care. Providers work as part of an integrated care team, collaborating with Psychiatrists and Mental Health Therapists to ensure coordinated medication management and psychotherapy. The company invests in its providers through competitive compensation with no earnings cap, quality incentive bonuses, professional development opportunities including CME time off and reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits such as full Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, and a 401(k) with a 4% match. Additional support includes assistance in filling caseloads, a spacious and modern office environment, and extensive administrative, marketing, and operations support.
