About The Position

The company is actively recruiting passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater Lakeview market. As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, typically three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth, with a four-day work week also possible. Providers work as part of an integrated care team, partnering with Psychiatrists and Mental Health Therapists for coordinated care. Requirements

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of IL
• Active DEA license
• Active CDS
• Passion for high quality care
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate and up to date electronic health records for all patient encounters
• The desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions

Nice To Haves

• Over one year of professional work experience working in an Advance Practice Provider role
• Experience from an outpatient work setting

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric healthcare services, which may include initial mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Medication management
• Provide supportive psychotherapy as deemed clinically appropriate based on patient’s needs
• Use a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes through data to inform their plan of care
• Strive to provide best-in-class psychiatric/therapeutic care
• Partner with the Psychiatrist and the Mental Health Therapist for coordinated medication management and psychotherapy
