About The Position
Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to provide high-quality clinical services to individuals and families. The Psychotherapist will deliver culturally competent mental health services, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
- Active Drivers License
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Community mental health experience preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provides crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
- Conducts ongoing assessment and therapeutic engagement
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Assists with data collection and reporting requirements
- Coordinate care with internal and external resources
- Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards
