About The Position

Adams Clinical is a research site network specializing in late-phase psychiatry and neurology clinical trials. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Professional for a full-time role at our Boston location. We are seeking clinical professionals that have the following degree/licensure in the State of Massachusetts. PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology LCSW LMSW LMHC OR who have a masters in a mental health related field. Degrees in art therapy, expressive therapies, master’s degrees in non-clinical programs will not meet requirements for this role. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Boston office, with typical business hours. Occasional evening hours may be required. This role is not suited for recent graduates without prior clinical experience or for clinicians who are seeking roles providing direct therapy.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience, including diagnostic evaluations, administering assessments, and patient care in psychiatry or related settings.
PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
LCSW
LMSW
LMHC
OR who have a masters in a mental health related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience conducting differential diagnoses is strongly preferred.
Experience with substance use disorders is a plus.
Prior exposure to clinical trials or neuropsychological assessments is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Screening & Enrollment: Conduct screening interviews and diagnostic evaluations to determine participant eligibility for clinical trials, as well as appropriate follow up.
Neuropsychological Ratings & Assessments: Administer psychiatric and neuropsychological rating scales and assessments for participants.
