Our primary goal is to help families strengthen their skills and knowledge in order to move towards their envisioned future. Under the direction of Program Director and Senior Intensive Care Coordinator; facilitates the development and implementation of an Individual Care Plan and risk management/safety plan for MassHealth youth with serious emotional disturbance.
