Johnson County Mental Health Center is looking for candidates to fill the role of an Employee Experience Manager in their Prevention and Community Relations division. This position leads and oversees employee experience functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention for JCMHC. Additionally, this role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating programs and processes that ensure staff have the structure, resources, and support needed to perform effectively and advance within the organization. The Employee Experience Manager engages with department leadership to assess and refine employee experience strategies, ensuring activities align with organizational standards and promote professional growth across the workforce.
