The Mental Health Counselor position is part of the Specialty Health Care Department and is a full-time role working day shift hours, Monday through Friday, approximately 80 hours per two-week pay period. This position includes weekend and call responsibilities as needed. The counselor provides individualized and group support to clients, assisting them in managing mental health challenges, developing coping strategies, and achieving personal growth while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
