Join our team as a School-Based Mental Health Clinician and play a pivotal role in fostering the mental wellness of students across Weld County. In this dynamic position, you’ll provide critical mental health support directly in schools, ensuring students, families, and educators have access to the tools and resources needed to thrive. By delivering therapy, crisis intervention, and case management, you’ll help young individuals navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, substance use, and more. You’ll be part of a collaborative effort to build strong coping behaviors, foster social skills, and create a positive, resilient school culture. Together with educators, you’ll identify early signs of mental health needs and implement strategies to address them effectively. Support services include individual, group and family therapy, crisis intervention and coordinated treatment plans, case management and family engagement, screening, assessments, and resource referrals. If you’re dedicated to shaping a brighter future for children and teens through mental health support, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference—one student at a time. Join us in helping schools cultivate environments where every child can learn, grow, and thrive
