At North Range Behavioral Health, we believe recovery is possible, and it begins with collaboration, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s strengths. Our Adult Outpatient Program (AOP) is designed to meet adults exactly where they are, supporting individuals living with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions with care that is both personalized and purposeful. Using evidence-based, solution-focused approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), our clinicians help create meaningful change in a shorter amount of time. We proudly serve both voluntary clients and those who are legally involved, offering a supportive, judgement-free space focused on growth, accountability, and forward movement. AOP provides a comprehensive range of services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy; mandated programs; case management; assessments; relapse prevention; neurofeedback; acudetox; trauma informed interventions for PTSD; and DUI/DWAI education and therapy. Every service is rooted in our commitment to empowering clients with practical tools, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. The journey of recovery looks different for everyone, but no one has to walk it alone. At North Range Behavioral Health, we are here to help individuals rediscover hope, build resilience, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling future. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
