Position Overview: We are currently seeking Master ’s-level Clinicians to join our growing outpatient mental health team. In this role, you will provide therapy and support services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Familiarity with diverse populations, including pediatrics, special education, and underserved communities
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and confidentiality protocols
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals
  • Implement treatment plans and interventions in accordance with clinical standards and agency protocols
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress throughout the course of treatment
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, primary care providers, and external community partners
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment
