The Mental Health Clinician is responsible for delivering mental health, substance abuse, and support services consistent with the principles of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Strengths-Based Models to an adult population who struggle with mental illness. The role involves providing Behavioral Health recovery based services such as assessments, service plan development, case management, housing support, skills training, group facilitation, crisis intervention, and individual and/or group therapy, along with documenting all services. Services will be provided both in the office and in the field. The Mental Health Clinician also supports Service Coordinators and Peer staff with clinical and documentation questions.
