About The Position
Mustang Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is actively recruiting for a licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) to join a respected, nonprofit healthcare organization in Leakesville, Mississippi. This is a mission-driven opportunity with a stable schedule, strong clinical support, and excellent benefits. Location: Leakesville, MS Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Setting: Outpatient only — no weekends, no on-call Position Overview Outpatient only; no weekends or on-call required See approximately 8 to 12 patients per day Conduct 1-hour intake evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups Provide autonomous care within a team-oriented, community-based system Work closely with underserved populations in a rural setting About the Employer This role is with a nonprofit health system that includes: 12 community health center clinics 19 school-based health clinics A mobile medical unit Four pharmacies and two administrative sites
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LCSW or LPC license in Mississippi
- LCSWs must have completed supervision and passed the ASWB Clinical Exam, or be licensed prior to July 1, 2020
- Strong communication, documentation, and decision-making skills
- Passion for serving underserved communities

- Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
