About The Position

At North Range Behavioral Health, we believe whole-person wellness means caring for both body and mind. Guided by our philosophy, “Mind the Body, Mind the Mind,” our Integrated Care program embeds behavioral health directly within primary care settings, reducing barriers and delivering seamless, person-centered support where patients already receive medical care. Working side-by-side with medical providers across community clinics, our team provides screening, assessment, brief intervention, therapy, and case management to strengthen health outcomes for individuals and families. Within this model, the MAT Clinician plays a vital role in supporting recovery through comprehensive mental health care alongside medication-assisted treatment. By building strong therapeutic relationships, addressing co-occurring needs, developing relapse prevention strategies, and collaborating closely with medical providers and case managers, the MAT Clinician ensures patients receive coordinated, compassionate care that supports long-term recovery and overall wellness. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
