Your Role: Track, report and manage key clinical metrics such as census data, cancellation rates, and compliance with clinical standard Direct management of supervising clinicians, clinicians, and clinical support staff, including adhering to and tracking supervision policies, hours and files Ensure compliance with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) through conducting routine quality assurance audits. Address personnel issues, oversee clinical interviewing and hiring process, and manage staff clinical training and compliance needs. Address client concerns and ensure quality of care throughout the organization
