About The Position

Mental Health Associate - Overnight Shift Opportunity This is a Full Time (32 or 40hrs/week) or Part Time (24 hours/week) position and requires working every other weekend. This position is on the overnight shift and offers a full benefits package. A competitive shift differential is offered for overnights and weekends. Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed private psychiatric facility located south of Boston. You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, crisis intervention techniques, and CPR. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Impeccable Judgment & professionalism
Ability to maintain composure in a crisis situation

Nice To Haves

College student who have obtained or are pursuing their degree in behavioral health, psychology, or human services are preferred
