About The Position

Under the supervision of the management staff and responsible for providing
direct therapeutic services to residents of the program. These services include
but are not limited to: crisis intervention, medication management, training in
activities of daily living. Responsible for maintaining the physical environment
of the residence. All responsibilities under hospital and residential policy and
procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in mental health, substance abuse and/or residential setting.
• Basic Writing Skills
• Verbal Communication
• Written Communication
• People Skills
• Resolving Conflict
• Walking up and down stairs while carrying items
• snow removal
• restocking supplies
• sweeping and mopping
• cooking and cleaning duties
• High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor preferred
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
