About The Position
Under the supervision of the management staff and responsible for providing direct therapeutic services to residents of the program. These services include but are not limited to: crisis intervention, medication management, training in activities of daily living. Responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the residence. All responsibilities under hospital and residential policy and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in mental health, substance abuse and/or residential setting.
- Basic Writing Skills
- Verbal Communication
- Written Communication
- People Skills
- Resolving Conflict
- Walking up and down stairs while carrying items
- snow removal
- restocking supplies
- sweeping and mopping
- cooking and cleaning duties
- High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor preferred
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
